This Guide is for informational purposes only. The policies, duties and responsibilities of President's Office employees are determined and set forth in various provisions of Federal and Massachusetts statutes and regulations, Board of Trustee policies, the board of Higher Education applicable policies and applicable collective bargaining agreements. In the event of any error in this reference guide or any conflict between the contents of this reference guide and those laws, regulations, and policies, the latter take precedence.
